Daisuke Nakazawa and Hitoshi Fujita put a contemporary spin on traditional Japanese recipes for a true "New York" take on the classics.
Here at Saito, we treat our guests as family. Our restaurant's name, Saito, comes from
the maiden names of Nakazawa's wife, and of Hitoshi Fujita. The restaurant emblem is Hitoshi's family crest.
